Are the Beams and shelves made from solid oak?Yes, all of our oak products are handcrafted from Air Dried solid oak or Kiln Dried Oak.

Can you make a cut my Oak beam to any length?Yes, we understand that each fireplace is a different size and thats why our oak Fireplace beams are all made to order and can be cut to all lengths. We do not stock pre made oak beams or sell 'off the shelf' Oak Beam Mantels.

Are the floating mantel fittings included?All of our oak beams for sale are provided with our concealed pin fittings which have been pre drilled into the mantel. With our oak shelves you have a choice of fittings. We provide either our concealed floating shelf pins which have been pre drilled into the shelf. The second option is our shelf brackets which come in a selection of styles from tradition to contemporary.

Can I Mount an Oak Beam on a stud wall?Most people would think that you could never hang a heavy oak beam on a stud wall. They would be wrong! We have our Stud wall mounting pins to solve this problem. They are easy to fit and gives you a greater choice of larger oak beams.

Can I choose the height and depth of a oak beam?Yes, We have our standard, popular sizes for example 4x4, 5x4, 5x5, 6x4. The first number is the height or the 'face' of the beam, the second is the depth coming away from the wall. If you do have a particular size not listed in our shop, just get in touch with us we are happy to help.

Can you colour match to my furniture?We can advise which of our available colours would best match your furniture or flooring. Whether you live in a modern home in Cheshire or a country cottage in North Wales we have a peice of Oak perfect for your home! Please get in touch or email a picture of the colour you have in mind.

How long will my order take to make and get delivered?We advise that orders can take between 7-14 days from payment to despatch. We use TNT 24hr and Parcelforce 24. You shall recieve the tracking information upon dispatch of your order.

Can I arrange a delivery time?Unfortunately neither delivery companies offer a delivery window however you will recieve tracking information.

Do you accept returns?We do accept returns and refunds on all standard sizes ordered however on custom orders it will be at the companies discretion.

How can I pay for an order?We accept all types of credit cards, cheques, Paypal and BACCS.

Do you have any samples?We do not provide samples however please take a look at our gallery of oak pictures to see lots of variety of colour, length and size.

Do you have a shop?No, We are a small family business based in Llandudno. Working out of our workshop, we create high quality Solid Oak Beam products at competative prices. We keep our overheads down and work on a word of mouth basis making sure our customers always get the best deal.
